If you didn’t catch our special episode last week, we had to split it into two parts. Go ahead and listen to it, we’ll wait..
This week, we have another “Greatest Movies Never Seen”- Rob Reiner Aaron Sorkin edition, in honor of the iconic Rob Reiner.
We watch “The American President” for the first time, which is very timely for several reasons. Did you know it was the precursor for the West Wing (also one of Rían’s favorite shows of all time)?
Who the original President was supposed to be before Michael Douglas? Why Warren Beatty said no to the role when his wife Annette Bening was attached?
So much behind the scenes from this feel-good heartwarming film that started with the premise “The President elopes.” Stick around and hear how it still lives on through our political landscape even thirty-one years after.
Enjoy and thank you for joining us these 100 episodes.
