In Episode 2 of our Japan adventure, we leave Yokohama behind for an unforgettable day in the shadow of Japan's most iconic landmark — Mount Fuji.
Joining a small group tour, we travel through the Japanese countryside to visit the famous Chureito Pagoda, explore the beautiful shores of Lake Kawaguchi, enjoy a scenic cruise across the lake, and ride the Mount Fuji Panoramic Ropeway for breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountain.
Along the way, we make new friends from Canada and the United States and experience some of the warm hospitality that makes travel so rewarding.
Back in Yokohama, it's time for the next chapter of the journey as we board the magnificent Diamond Princess. From the excitement of embarkation day and sailing beneath the Yokohama Bay Bridge to world-class entertainment, formal night celebrations, and meeting fellow passengers from around the world, we settle into life aboard our floating home.
