#74 - Noelle Seward on Thru-Hiking, Grief, and a World-First Expedition Across New Zealand

Dela

In this episode of The Life Outside Podcast, Cam chats with Noelle Seward. Noelle is a lover of the outdoors, with a passion for a range of outdoor activities, most notably, thru-hiking. In 2024, she walked from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail, and this year she is planning her biggest adventure yet, a multi-discipline traverse of New Zealand; bike-packing the north island, paddling the Cook Strait, and thru-hiking the south island. Noelle shares her journey with grief, the motivations behind her NZ expedition, her journey into content creation on the PCT, and how she is dialling in her health and well-being with a focus on longevity. We hope you enjoy.
