It’s our 100th episode of The Third Reel—a sentence we’re still processing, mostly because it implies we have somehow had 100 things to say about movies.
To celebrate this wildly unnecessary but genuinely lovely milestone, we’re hosting our very own awards show: no red carpet, no acceptance speeches that run for 14 minutes, and—unless something goes terribly wrong—no envelope mix-ups.

Thank you so much to everyone who has listened, shared an episode, sent a message, disagreed with us respectfully—or aggressively—and supported The Third Reel on its journey to 100 episodes. We genuinely could not have done it without you. Well, we could have recorded the episodes, but it would have been much weirder.
And because 100 episodes apparently wasn’t enough excitement, we’ve also got a couple of special announcements to share.
