Candace Owens Biography Flash a weekly Biography.
Candace Owens spent the past few days deepening her role as one of the most combative and controversial voices in online conservatism. The most significant confirmed development was her October fifth appearance on Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast, where Apple Podcasts says she discussed preparing for her fifth child, legal disputes with world leaders, and her continuing investigation into the murder of Charlie Kirk. During the episode, Owens and Von also appeared to allude to Erika Kirk as “she who must not be named,” a moment reported by Yahoo Entertainment and other outlets. The exchange was framed as humor, but it reignited their long running public feud.
That feud escalated again on social media. NewsBreak reports that on October ninth, Representative Nancy Mace challenged Owens to provide evidence for Owens’s claim that an alleged epidemic of mothers killing their children was an Israeli psyop. Owens responded with personal attacks, calling Mace a psycho who blackmails men and highlighting allegations about Mace’s marriages and relationships. Those allegations and Owens’s characterization remain disputed, and the reporting does not establish them as fact.
Owens also continued promoting her Charlie Kirk investigation. On X, she advertised a broadcast focused on alleged name redactions in a Utah Valley University review, Turning Point USA’s response, and claims surrounding Kirk’s event security. These are Owens’s allegations and interpretations, not independently verified findings. A YouTube program posted October eighth likewise promoted her investigation and discussed conflicting accounts, but offered no definitive proof of the broader theories circulating online.
Her media activity generated more controversy after a reported conversation with Theo Von in which the pair appeared to suggest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu might be a lizard. Yahoo News characterized the remarks as an antisemitic conspiracy theory. On October seventh, Owens also reacted to a livestream by Turning Point USA spokesman Blake Neff, who accused her of hating Erika Kirk and making extreme claims about her. Owens summarized the attack on X as awkward.
Separately, IBTimes UK reported Nick Fuentes calling Owens toxic while describing a failed collaboration involving a proposed podcast appearance and a disagreement over paywalling. That account reflects Fuentes’s version, and no response from Owens was included. Roseanne Barr also revived an older feud, according to media reports, but no major new business launch or verified public appearance was identified in the past twenty four hours.
