The House of Representatives is back in Washington, D.C., this week following its monthlong August recess, but maybe not for long.
Some Republicans just want to go straight home after this week and start working in their districts ahead of the midterm elections.
Others want to stay in D.C. and continue to take votes that make Democrats look silly.
