Out in the wind, nothing but the cold and open water ahead, we hear the relentless sounds of a robot building a boat and two feet pacing anxiously in the gravel. The mission is clear - get across the river. But Metropolis is a place that takes and does not give. It is naive to think that it will ever give up anything... or anyone... without a fight.
