FALLEN ANGEL COCKTAIL

2 ounces gin (we used Aviation), 1 ounce lemon juice, 2 teaspoons creme de menthe, 2 teaspoons simple syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.

Instructions: Muddle mint leaves in a glass then add ice. In a shaker, add everything else with ice and shake. Then pour into your glass and enjoy.

MOCKTAIL

Muddle mint in glass then add ice. Add lemon juice and a dash of Angostura bitter. Give it a stir and sip away!
