Back in the 80s there was a push for revival that Jesus was coming soon. Pastors like Chuck Smith, and Billy Graham prepared mass audiences for the day of the Lord. Well, I just watched a film tonight and I think I understand now why that narrative was pushed so hard and why pastors may be afraid to warn their congregation all these years later. So we gotta talk about it. Now it’s time to grab your Bible, snack, kickback, relax, and enjoy the show.

Revelation 14:11
And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.”

Revelation 19:19-20

New International Version
19 Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse and his army. 20 But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs on its behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.
