Welcome back to The Daily Ramble on Claret & Booze, with Virgil taking the hot seat!
There's an ongoing argument amongst West Ham fans about what matters most. Is it attractive, entertaining football or is it simply about getting results?
But Virgil has a question...
WHY THE HELL CAN'T WE HAVE BOTH?
Why should West Ham supporters have to choose between watching football they enjoy and watching a team that wins?
Is winning ugly really enough? Should supporters simply accept boring, negative football as long as the points keep coming? Or should we be demanding more from our manager, our players and our football club?
Virgil explores the divide amongst the fanbase, the importance of entertainment and whether style and substance really have to be mutually exclusive.
💬 GET INVOLVED!
Would you happily watch boring football every week if West Ham kept winning, or does the way we play matter just as much as the result?
