This week, we’re taking a break from our usual dog talk to explore our latest hyperfixation, tracking macros! After years of strength training and living in maintenance mode, we’ve both decided to enter a cutting phase. While we’re not experts, we’re excited to share what’s been working for us, what we’re learning along the way, and what we’re hoping to achieve through this new chapter in our fitness journey.
