Riley Martin was ridiculous, fascinating, frustrating, hilarious, and completely one of a kind.
Whether you believed a single word about the Biavians or not almost doesn’t matter. Riley believed enough for everybody. He created his own mythology, found people willing to enter it with him, and somehow turned all of that weirdness into something people are still laughing about years later.
That’s really what this final episode is about.
We’re not here to make Riley normal. The weirdness was the point.
We’re just glad he existed, glad somebody recorded it, and glad his bizarre little corner of the universe gave us so much joy.
