Dr Tina Hansen shares her experiences working with wildlife and her journey as a veterinarian. She spent a month in South Africa working in a zoo, teaching students, and assisting with wildlife cases. Tina's interest in wildlife began during a gap year when she volunteered at a sanctuary in Namibia and worked with elephants in Thailand. She discusses the challenges of finding wildlife volunteering opportunities and the importance of making life outside of work comfortable. Tina also shares her experiences working in the UK and compares clinic life in different countries.
