The Pasuk in Mishlei enumerates a few levels: Amon, Sha'ashuim, and Sha'ashu'ay Bnei Adam. We establish the sequence of these levels, and determine that it is in descending order. If so, why do the sages hone in on the second, inferior level, and not the first?
