22 years ago, Bobb interviewed and was hired by the Makah tribe in Neah Bay, WA to work for the  waste water treatment plant. Little did he know, that the same day, his friendship with the serial killer Israel Keyes would also begin. For the next 5 years he spent his days working alongside Keyes while also spending his free time fishing, bbq’ing, and hanging out with Israel.
