Sam Miller is a posture coach and founder of Posture Dojo. Diagnosed with severe congenital kypho‑scoliosis as a teenager, he was told surgery was too risky and that he should “live with it.” After a full physical collapse at 33, Sam spent eight years rebuilding his body through neurosomatic practice and research — regaining two inches of height without surgery or bracing.
Sam teaches the Syntropic Core method, built on one premise: posture is an output, and the nervous system’s hidden map is the source. Stretching, strengthening, and adjusting target the output. The map stays the same. In this conversation, Sam and Sue explore how breath, vision, jaw tension, ground contact, and safety states reorganize posture from the inside out. They also discuss his global Posture Dojo community, where thousands learn how to update the map rather than fight the output.
