Mexico Stuns Trump with Formal Criminal Complaint

Mexico is taking the extraordinary step of filing formal criminal complaints in the United States over the deaths of Mexican nationals during ICE operations, while also pursuing civil lawsuits against private immigration detention companies. The move comes as outrage grows over the killing of longtime Houston resident Lorenzo Salgado Araujo and after the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights called for independent investigations into deaths and alleged excessive use of force during U.S. immigration enforcement. Dina Doll reports.
