A recent BBC investigation revealed what some feminists have warned for a while: The swinging scene is repeatedly the site not of libertine unbridled joy, but of abuse of women by men. A number of men have responded to the dearth of genuine female volunteers for swinging by both hiring women in prostitution and coercing their wives and girlfriends into participation.
