Canter is an internationally experienced chef, culinary consultant, educator, and storyteller whose career has taken him from California kitchens to the vibrant culinary landscape of South Korea. After several years immersed in Korean food culture, where he worked alongside local chefs while studying traditional techniques, fermentation, butchery, and regional cuisine, James has recently returned to the USA, bringing with him a unique East-meets-West culinary perspective.
