What does it mean when an artist speaks of paying attention to and using bodily wisdom? In this fascinating interview, co-hosted by photographer and film maker Dora Nano, we hear from Silvi Naçi an art worker and educator working between Albania and Los Angeles who collaborated with qilim weavers in Kosovo to create strikingly intimate works. Through this conversation between Dora and Silvi we hear of the artist's own reflections on their life in the US, the importance of care and conviviality, their channeling of the voices of other artists and thinkers, and how we can reorient ourselves to the world through bodily knowledge and wisdom.
