This episode is with Veslemøy, the woman behind Nektar, one of my favourite restaurants in Oslo and the place behind our latest Holzweiler campaign.

I am a food person, deeply. Real ingredients, local producers, picking things yourself when you can. Veslemøy is one of the very few people who actually lives that all the way, not just talks about it. She even keeps her own bees in her own garden, and this year they gave her the earliest honey harvest she's ever had.

Every time you walk into Nektar you feel taken in with open arms, like you already belong there. Nektar is a family business, just like Holzweiler, and everyone who works there actually feels like family. Veslemøy does breathwork with her staff before every shift, and it shows: "Things don't go faster if you move faster.. the opposite happens."

We talk about how Nektar came to be, foraging her own garden for dinner, why an animal needs a good life to actually taste good, and what it took to build something entirely from love and passion instead of investors and loans.

I left this conversation so inspired by her. So let's take a moment with Veslemøy from Nektar.
