She is the founder of Orchid Health Solutions and Prosser Cancer Library, dedicated to innovation, dignity, and the dismantling of disparity in cancer care delivery.

We find part of her motivation is deeply personal, in her daughter's own battle with cancer—an especially poignant story during Childhood Cancer Month, while also supporting her spouse in his own cancer diagnosis and journey.

Rochelle is on the front lines of shaping health policy, protecting patient privacy, and ensuring that every voice is heard.
