Jamal Britt is Finding His Footing in a Competitive USA 110H Landscape - Freddie & Anderson

Dela

Jamal Britt is on a legendary run over the hurdles in 2026. After years of being on the cusp of a breakthrough, he has taken his career to the next level by not only breaking the legendary 13 second barrier in the 110H, but becoming the 5th fastest man in history with his PB of 12.86 seconds.

He's won multiple Diamond League races and has secured his spot at the inaugural World Ultimate Championships in Budapest later in September. He recently signed a pro deal with Nike just ahead of his win at the Prefontaine Classic.

In our conversation, Freddie and I are joined by Jamal to discuss is secret to consistency this year, including not training for weeks while competing all over the world.

We also discuss why the 110H are so competitive in the USA right now, the story of Jamal signing with Nike, as well as being part of the Cherokee Nation and learning his cultural history.
