Ep 62: Recovery, Coaching Supervision, and Challenging the Status Quo with Mandy Manners

Dela

Where do you find the courage to do things differently and what does it really mean to coach in a trauma-informed way?

In this episode, Sarah Bramall and Rebecca Daniel sit down with Mandy Manners, award-winning trauma-informed coach and supervisor-in-training. Mandy shares her journey from education in France to recovery coaching, and how lived experience of trauma, addiction, and burnout shaped her coaching ethos.

Together they explore the ethics of supervision and building a practice rooted in wellbeing rather than social media "shoulds" with honest reflection and powerful stories throughout.
