Currently, Wayne serves as tenured faculty at Algonkin College in Ottawa Ontario, where he has been shaping the next generation of engineers for 19 years now. He teaches a diverse array of subjects to students in mechanical engineering, electro, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing engineering programs.
