Carlo Novoa is the Creator & owner of Novoa Atelier, he has been a L’Oréal Professionnel and worked with Eric Fisher Salon. He is an instructor who gives advice to some of the most prestigious salons and stylists in the world. He is to hair what Michelangelo is to painting.
