Hi dear soul, this winter I took an intentional extended pause from creating, guiding, sessions, socials, podcasting, retreat planning and prioritized REST. It was time to sit and reflect on my body of work, and listen to what is wanting to come next.
As I emerge from this cocoon, I felt called to share a mini life update and in this very free flowing episode, I also open up about some of what I have been moving through this season.
