🌿 Good Thinking: Daily Positive Affirmations & Growth Mindset
☀️ Jason Connell welcomes Laura Nespoli as a guest on the "Positive Conversations" series of Good Thinking. Laura discusses her Meshing Movement and her focus on purpose, connection, and storytelling. She explains that Meshing began from a late-night vision for “Meshing Meals,” narrative meal experiences designed to connect people to themselves and each other while paying proceeds forward to nonprofits, and has evolved into passion work alongside her role as an executive strategy director at Article Group. Through Meshing, she provides brand and purpose storytelling for female founders and impact organizations, created an accessible web-based coaching program to help women overcome limiting personal narratives and share their stories, and took a pledge to donate 10% of profits to effective charities. She also wrote Threads of Me & You as part of her healing and to help others build strength and resilience through story, sharing that growth doesn’t require tearing life apart.
