Hey babes, welcome back to the pod. Today, I’m sharing my diagnosis journey….the relief and challenges of finally understanding myself.

We are going to be diving into what it is, how it shows up, the prevalence of late diagnosis for women, particularly post motherhood, medication and the ups and downs of living with ADHD.

I am not an expert, I am only 6 months into this journey and really at the tip of the iceberg, but I wanted to take you along for the journey.
