Plano Police Department refused to help me locate a man who followed me into my home, forcing me to pull my gun on him in self-defense. Despite clear evidence, Plano PD did everything possible to ensure Harvy Barsoom would never be arrested. On 8/3, he finally pleaded guilty in court.
