Blake Muscott https://www.lbsmvirginia.com/ We are a ministry to the foreign seafarers who come into port here in Virginia. We seek to help these men and women by offering free transportation to and from the pier, delivering mail and packages, free counseling and Bibles in their heart language, and overall, seeking to be their friend. Our ultimate goal is to introduce these men to the life-changing power of a personal relationship with Jesus C*****!
