I follow a lot of accounts on Instagram of beer and food influencers from all over the world. So it's not surprising that the algorithm matched me with Bre and Shannon; two food and drink enthusiasts from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Bre is currently in the Canadian Navy and I was in the in the U.S. Navy from 2001-2011. In fact, my ship actually went to Halifax in 2006 so I showed them pictures of when I was there nearly 20 years ago (but it feels like yesterday).
