Joe was one of those BeerTubers that built a big following with daily craft beer reviews, sharp production values, and a real enthusiasm for the hobby. We talk about how he got into craft beer, his first memorable beers, keeping a spreadsheet of every beer he tried, and what goes into his tasting process.

We also get into his love of stouts, IPAs, and Belgian ales; the growing Washington, DC craft beer scene; food pairings; homebrewing; and building a BeerTube audience through YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
