In Season 2, Episode 1 of The Awakened Elevated Human, I dive into reality creation and what it means to become a more conscious, deliberate co-creator of your life. We are constantly creating our reality, even when we are not aware of it. Our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, energetic patterns, programming, and unresolved trauma can all influence the reality we experience.
I explain why reality creation is about much more than simply trying to manifest the things we want. True conscious manifestation requires becoming aware of the unconscious patterns that may be causing us to miscreate the experiences we don't actually desire. When we understand these patterns, we can begin healing, shifting our energetic operating system, and creating from a more empowered state.
Through real examples involving healing, relationships with animals, personal transformation, and business, I share how deep inner work can change the way we experience our reality. Reality creation becomes more powerful when we resolve the patterns, trauma, beliefs, and emotional energetics that keep us stuck in repeating cycles.
