On this episode, we had on special guests Corbin Harris & Jacob Thomson! We started off the episode giving training updates. Corbin is in his final preparations for Grandma’s Marathon this month and training is going amazingly well. Coach Jacob said he is ready for 2:17-2:18 at Grandma’s! Jacob is dealing with some achilles issues right now but seems to think it isn’t a major issue.
After training updates - we dove into some recent race results from the last week. The Rabat Diamond League was the headliner with some exciting distance races and fast times. We also talked NCAA Outdoor Track regionals, Bolder Boulder 10k, and the new World Athletics time standards for 2027.
