She shares her story of being kidnapped by her father and living off the grid under various aliases, before federal agents eventually tracked them down and returned her and her brother to their mother, who was later diagnosed as an abusive sociopath. Kristy opens up about what her upbringing taught her, and how those experiences shaped her deep compassion for people from all walks of life.
