Ever feel like you’re permanently rushing…yet somehow STILL not getting everything done?

Yep. Same!

This episode starts with one particularly chaotic day involving a menopause clinic, a floor fitter, a blocked toilet (again) and approximately 47 other things I was trying to squeeze into a completely normal-sized day.

Not long afterwards, I found myself sitting in a coffee shop with a matcha, attempting to answer emails and having a massive panic attack about how on earth I was going to juggle work, childcare and the six-week summer holidays.

So, we’re talking about that constant feeling of being rushed - why we put so much pressure on ourselves to get everything ticked off, why sometimes there genuinely AREN’T enough hours in the day and what happens when we keep trying to shove square pegs into round holes.

Whether you run a business, have kids, don’t have kids, or just regularly wonder how everyone else seems to be keeping up with life…I think you’ll relate to this one.

🎧 Grab a brew (or a matcha, if you dare) and have a listen.
