Former veteran 60 Minutes Correspondent Scott Pelley gave his first interview since being fired by CBS last week. Pelley tells the New York Times what he says really happened leading up to that contentious Monday meeting one week ago today and why he chose to challenge his new boss in front of staff. Pelley also claims his firing was a complete shock and went down much differently than was relayed by CBS brass to staff the following day.
