Fi: Keltaiset ja punaiset lehdet leijailivat kevyesti maahan Rovaniemen torilla.
En: The yellow and red leaves floated gently to the ground in Rovaniemi's market square.
Fi: Tuuli puhalsi raikkaasti, muistuttaen jälleen kerran talven lähestymisestä.
En: The wind blew briskly, once again reminding of winter's approach.
Fi: Aino seisoi keskellä vilkasta toria, silmäillen kojuja ympärillään.
En: Aino stood in the middle of the bustling market, surveying the stalls around her.
Fi: Hänen rinnallaan seisoi Liisa, Ainon lapsuudenystävä, joka nykyään asui Helsingissä.
En: Beside her stood Liisa, Aino's childhood friend, who now lived in Helsinki.
