Caragh is a former Great Britain rower, Tokyo Olympian and Autistic, and Michael (Mikey) is a former Great Britain rower, current elite gravel cyclist, Dyslexic and Dyspraxic - together they have over 30 years experience of neurodivergence & high performance sport.

This fascinating episode is full of lightbulb moments for all of us. We discuss the parallels between supporting a high performance athlete and the dogs we all share our lives with.
