Every air navigation services provider needs new air traffic controllers, but how do they go about recruitment and training? The process can last over two years and requires significant resources. Johnny Pring spoke with Grzegorz Knast, Director of Training Office at Polish ANSP PANSA, to learn about their particular challenges in this area and their approach to producing the next generation of ATCOs.
