In dieser Folge geht es um zwei Themen, die erst mal wirken, als hätten sie nicht viel miteinander zu tun: Augenkontakt und Oral. Ich schaue mir beides erst getrennt an und merke dann ziemlich schnell: Am Ende geht es bei beiden um Nähe, Fokus und dieses kleine innere „Uff, das ist jetzt aber echt nah“.
Es geht darum, warum Augenkontakt sich manchmal intimer anfühlen kann als nackt sein. Warum angeschaut werden so viel auslösen kann. Und warum Oral für manche Menschen etwas Meditatives haben kann: beim Geben durch Fokus, beim Empfangen durch Vertrauen und Loslassen.
Eine Folge über Intimität, Kopfkino, Körpergefühl, kleine peinliche Momente, echte Aufmerksamkeit und die Frage, was passiert, wenn wir beim Sex ein bisschen weniger performen und ein bisschen mehr da sind.
