Nancy, Bess and George all head to San Francisco to attend a friend's wedding and also help out a friend of Carson's, Terry Kirkland, who recently lost his wife and is singlehandedly trying to raise their daughter Amy.
But Terry has also been experiencing home break ins--two, in fact, just before the girls arrive, and one right after they do. Are the break ins connected to the time Terry spent in Vietnam as a soldier?
