Welcome back to Season 5!!!!!
🎉 Alhamdulillah! In today’s episode, we are going over Juz 6 with Surah 5, Ayah 2.
In this reflection, we’re reminded about the sacred limits of Allah SWT and also about fearing Him in how we interact with one another.
One of the things that stands out to me is that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta‘ala is teaching us that someone else’s behavior does not determine who we are going to be. The question for the believer is not only:
What did they do?
The question is:
Who does Allah Subhanahu wa Ta‘ala want me to be in this situation?
The last two points in this ayah also made me ask:
What are we helping one another become?
