E18 - Inanna: Goddess of Paradoxes This month for the Goddess of the Month, we’re connecting with the Mesopotamian Goddess Inanna. She’s also called Ishtar. Inanna is a Goddess of paradoxes which makes her really interesting and fun goddess to connect with.
Inanna guides us in learning to balance duality, loyalty, and empowering ourselves through our bodily autonomy. The story of how she brings the gifts of civilization to humanity is a lesson in the differences between patriarchal leadership and leading from the feminine divine.
