Halloween comes early on Top Track as we dig into the twisted masterpiece Excitable Boy by Warren Zevon. Released in 1978, this darkly funny opus serves up a rogues’ gallery of characters: a headless mercenary roaming Africa, a werewolf stalking Soho, and a dinner guest who really shouldn’t have been invited for pot roast.
