Today I chat with Kristina Ambler, a magical multi-passionate 1/3 Sacral Manifesting Generator based on the Central Coast of Australia. Kristina is a wellness and mind body eating coach, she’s also a motivational speaker, international retreat facilitator and she has a background in Gestalt psychotherapy. 

Kristina shares her journey of transitioning from the beauty industry to a career in wellness, using her own personal experiences as a place to support others in making the important mind body connection. We talk about the validation she felt when finding out she was an MG and how she no longer feels ‘wrong’ for doing many different things at once. Kristina loves people and by being so open, vulnerable and authentic in the way she shares her insights, she creates a powerful way of connecting with others.
