In this episode, I'm talking about the messages we inherit from our families, former teachers, mentors, and previous studio owners. From believing we'll never make enough money to retire or pay our staff well, to assuming certain families will never choose our studio, these beliefs can quietly influence how we run our businesses.
I share some of my own early experiences with entrepreneurship and the studio owners who shaped my thinking. We'll explore how to recognize the assumptions that may be holding us back, question whether they're actually true, and take greater control of our financial decisions and the future of our studios.
