A beautiful business is blossoming for the young entrepreneurs who started Royal Lily Paper Co.

Royal Lily Paper Co. (based in Farmington, MO) bloomed from a remarkably selective high school program called, INCubatoredu, in which students are divided into teams and create a startup business through guided instruction and real life circumstances. The Royal Lily Team consists of four young women: Ella, Jessica, Lillian, and Finnly, who developed the idea to sell earth-friendly cards and stationery that will reduce contribution to the increasing rates of pollution. Flower seeds are included in the cards'  material which gives customers an opportunity to then plant the card.
