The research enterprise has changed drastically in the last 50 years, and with these changes come new opportunities for long-lasting careers for many, as well as the ability to increase research activity at academic institutions. Despite this ever-changing landscape, there remain several barriers to entry and continuation in the field. In this episode, we’ll discuss our NSF GRANTED research project focused on identifying barriers and solutions to entering the research enterprise.
